1. Projects & Quotas

• Work inside a “Project” where your resources are allocated.
• Quota sizes (“Flavors”) define available vCPU, RAM, and storage (e.g., Small = 2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 50GB disk).

2. Launching a Virtual Machine

Create Instance

• Choose an image, select a flavor, and assign a network.

Attach Volumes

• For extra storage, create a volume and attach it after VM creation.

• Default networking provides access within the project; configure routers to enable external access.
  • Create Network & Router
• To get an public IP at PSNC, use “Floating IP”.
